Ford Co-Pilot 360 Offers Extensive Driver-Assist Technologies

Having numerous safety measures available in today's vehicles is almost like having a second driver helping you out. That's why Ford calls its suite of standard safety features the Ford Co-Pilot 360. Starting with the 2019 model year, buyers of all new Ford vehicles will get the most advanced suite of driver-assisted technologies on the road.

Automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, which helps to avoid all types of forward collisions is just the start. Co-Pilot 360 is true to its name. It keeps you safe from the front hood to the rear fender, on both sides and everywhere in between.

Other standard features include a lane-keeping system, blind spot information, automatic high beam lighting, and a rear backup camera. Those were once premium options. The extras go even further with options such as adaptive cruise control, evasive steering assist and post-collision braking to reduce additional mishaps.
